Project_14476 General Register Office (NI) – Market Sounding Exercise – Northern Ireland Registration Office System (NIROS) Project As part of the ongoing modernisation programme, the General Register Office, Northern Ireland (GRONI) is seeking to replace the computer based RCM (Registration and Certificate Modernisation) System which was introduced in 2005. This project is known as the “Northern Ireland Registration Office System (NIROS)” project. At this stage in the process, GRONI wishes to establish the level of market interest to inform any procurement process. The information gathered will be used to inform the preparation of the NIROS Business Case and will NOT be considered in any future tender evaluation exercise. Documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
