Tender description

The BBC’s requirements for Market Research Services have been divided into two (2) lots as follows: Lot 1 – Core Research (a range of 25-35 suppliers) Lot 1 comprises ‘core’ research agencies which conduct qualitative, quantitative or full service research. This group of suppliers will, together, meet the majority of the BBC’s wide ranging research needs Lot 2 – Specialist Capability (a range of 10-40 suppliers) Lot 2 comprises a list of key research specialism categories which have been identified as areas that are growing and/or critical to research in a part or parts of the BBC. As such, the BBC want to ensure that we have sufficient depth of high quality on-roster experience in these areas. Applicants may submit a PQQ Response in respect of either Lot 1 or Lot 2, or both lots. For Lot 1, Applicants should respond in respect of quantitative and/or qualitative research in line with their experience and capabilities in such fields. For Lot 2, Applicants should respond in respect of the listed research specialisms, in line with their experience and capabilities in relevant specialisms. The BBC reserves the right to withdraw any individual research specialism currently included within Lot 2 from the scope of the procurement process at any time prior to award (including following receipt of PQQ Responses from Applicants) without incurring any liability to any affected Applicants.
