Tender description

The University of Ulster wish to appoint a company to provide Maintenance of its Automatic Door Systems. This contract is for all the automatic door systems across the University’s four Campuses – Belfast; Coleraine; Jordanstown and Magee. The University has a number of different automatic door systems within its four campuses – Besam; Boon Edam; Dorma; Ditec; Record; and Gezee. These are sliding; power-swing; and revolving door systems. The University requires these to be kept in working condition to allow the circulation of staff; students; and visitors in/out and within its buildings.
