Tender description
In July 2015, the government announced in its Budget that they wanted the 89 Local Government Pension Schemes (LGPS) to pool their investments. In response to this agenda, the Brunel Pension Partnership Project was set up to explore the options for pooling investment assets across ten Local Government Pension Schemes across the South and Southwest UK. This procurement ("the Procurement") is being run by the Brunel Pension Partnership Pension Funds (“the Clients”) and a company jointly owned by the Clients (the “Company”), which together with the Clients forms “BPP”, to award contracts to provide both Custody and Administration services to the Clients and Company (the "Contracts"). Potential Service Providers ("SPs”) participating in the Tender should refer to the Official Journal of the European Union (OJEU) notice that has been issued on 28th April 2017. This notice can be found on the TendersDirect portal. This Procurement is being run pursuant to the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("PCR"). The Contracts will be awarded to the most economically advantageous tender assessed from the point of view of BPP applying the evaluation criteria as set out in Section 1.4 below. This Invitation to Tender (ITT) provides potential SPs with the instructions on how to participate in the Tender, Section 1.3. The Terms of Participation, Section 1.3.9, will apply throughout this Procurement. This Procurement is being managed through the Bravo portal. All communications from participating SP’s must be sent through the Bravo portal.
