Tender description

The Authority intends to establish service contracts to provide support to the Local Air Quality Management (LAQM) process. The Authority is seeking to appoint service providers for three lots related to the management of the Local Air Quality Management regime. Tenderers will have an opportunity to submit a proposal for one Lot only and each Lot will require a separate application. The Lots to be included are: Lot 1 – Coordination and Support for Local Air Quality Management (LAQM). Lot 2 – Local Air Quality Management (LAQM) Report Appraisal. Lot 3 – Grant Application Reviews. In this contract, reference to the Authority should be taken to include Defra, the Devolved a Administrations and Great London Authority (GLA). The Devolved Administrations are: the Welsh Assembly Government (WAG), the Northern Ireland Executive, represented by the Department of the Environment in Northern Ireland (DOENI), and the Scottish Government (SG).
