This is a soft market testing exercise that seeks input from the market to establish the most attractive way of packaging and scoping a potential future procurement opportunity for the Lift maintenance services. We are seeking to invite suitable suppliers to respond to this questionnaire. The City is seeking to test the feasibility of the contract lot structure, scope, term and potential KPI’s. The City is also seeking feedback from the market and interested stakeholders on the potential social value improvements this service could bring in terms of social, economic and environmental benefits. This is a pre-market engagement exercise to seek feedback in terms of capacity and capability to deliver these options and understand the maturity of the market to compete for these options.
