Tender description

The Local Government Staff Commission on behalf of the Local Government Training Group (LGTG) wishes to engage the services of competent persons/organisation to provide and host a cloud based Learning Management System (LMS) which can be used by the LGTG and the 11 new district councils in Northern Ireland as a foundation for the future development of: • a collaborative learning zone for the sector • a content repository to share learning and development materials, disseminate best practice and host supporting materials. It is anticipated that the LMS will be used to complement the LGTG’s current provision for the delivery and administration of learning opportunities and information in an accessible and immediate way that can enable individuals to refresh or extend their knowledge and improve their performance.
