Tender description

The initial duration of the framework is two years, with an option to extend for a further two year period (total maximum duration four years). In this requirement we wish to identify high quality suppliers who are able to provide a range of learning and development services to support them in delivering the organisations corporate objectives. This framework covers the provision of development activities at foundation and advanced levels in the areas of: • Leadership and Management development, • Personal Effectiveness and • Equality, Diversity and Inclusion The specification attached as Appendix A provides the details of our requirements in these areas and framework operation instructions as well as key roles and responsibilities. Some of our requirements are for individual learning interventions that we will tailor with the selected provider(s) to meet business needs. Within this tender pack we have published our Leadership Competencies Framework (LCF). The LCF provides information on Leadership and Management competency standards in the Environment Agency. These can be found in Appendix B
