Tender description

Translink wish to invite tenders for the design and delivery of Leadership Development Centres to be delivered beginning in April 2012 at Translink’s offices in central Belfast. The event(s) will be for approximately 35 senior managers from across a variety of business divisions. It is now our intention to use Development Centres tailored to the Translink business environment to identify and develop leadership capability within the organisation. It is envisaged that this will involve participants working through a structured programme of observed practical exercises (for example, group discussions, work simulations, psychometric tools and role plays) to identify Personal Development Plans (PDPs) with the specific purpose of supporting their future development as business leaders.
