Tender description

The London Borough of Newham is inviting bids for its Adult & Young People Substance Misuse Services. The London Borough of Newham will accept bids from one provider that includes opportunities for sub-contracting arrangements. The local authority will contract with the lead provider. The service will offer substance misuse issues of children from 11-18 years of age and adults from 18 up, providing support and interventions to children, young people, adults and families in age appropriate settings across the borough that will widen service reach and engagement. The commissioner expects the service to include preventative and early intervention and treatment evidenced based approaches in universal and targeted settings, supporting individuals to reduce and stop their substance
