LBC - Supply, Delivery & Installation of Toilet Block with Store at Carnfunnock

Carnfunnock Country Park in Larne attracts in the region of 200,000 visitors annually and is strategically located at the start of the beautiful Antrim Coastal route. Larne Borough Council wishes to purchase the supply, delivery and installation of a prefabricated toilet and store facilities within the games field of Carnfunnock Country Park. The accommodation can be one complete unit or two jack leg cabins. The Games Field with its dedicated Covered BBQ area, picnic facilities and adjacent Family Fun Zone, regularly attracts a large number of visitors. There is currently no toilet provision within this area. It is anticipated that the new toilet block would be positioned beside the Covered BBQ area, to allow for access to electricity, water and sewage networks. (See Appendix 2) As the visiting public expect high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, an attractive, robust and durable building is required that is easily cleaned and maintained. The building is expected to have a 20 year life span.
