Tender description
Larne Borough Council wishes to invite competent specialists with significant and relevant experience to undertake a full examination of Ballylumford Harbour and to prepare a comprehensive report detailing the analysis, the recommended works to be carried out and the estimated cost for said works. Should the Council wish to commence with the recommended works following receipt of the report, the successful Consultants will be expected to manage the contract from the tender action and appraisal stage to the overall administration of the works and supervision of the contract to completion.
