Newham Council wishes to commission an integrated advocacy service for users of health and social care services in Newham The advocacy service will deliver a high quality, focused and responsive service. The advocacy service will consist of 3 key strands incorporating statutory and non-statutory provision: • Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) • Independent Care Act Advocacy (ICAA) • Individual Case Advocacy (ICA).
