Tender description

This framework will provide a number of construction services required by the London Borough of Newham (and other named providers as required). It will provide works/services across a number of disciplines, including: - General Construction Services/General Builders across 3 distinct lots. The lead authority on this procurement, the London Borough of Newham does not take responsibility for express or implied use of this framework by other boroughs. This form and the tender documents do not imply any commitment to appoint suppliers on the framework or any specified levels of future business. The London Borough of Newham will enter into the Framework on behalf of the other named boroughs. Call-off contracts will be entered into directly with each named borough who wishes to buy services. London Borough of Newham reserves the right not to award any places on the Framework or to discontinue the procurement. There is no guarantee of work or minimum award of work to any provider appointed to the Framework.
