LB Hillingdon - Schools ICT Support and Maintenance Framework Agreement

Tender description

To provide an ICT Support and Maintenance service for Schools (and Academies) within the London Borough of Hillingdon (LBH) to ensure the ongoing operation of ICT systems. Framework Agreement; On behalf of Schools (and Academies) within the borough, LBH is offering suppliers to tender for inclusion onto a 4 year ICT Support and Maintenance Framework Agreement providing the opportunity to implement and maintain all technical areas of the Schools ICT systems. This will include the development of new products and innovations that will advance learning within the school curriculum in addition to the Schools administration systems. The successful Framework Agreement providers will be expected to supply high quality support and maintenance in accordance with national minimum standards and take responsibility for School's administration system, including servers, workstations and laptops. It is expected that the suppliers selected for the Framework Agreement will have the highest technical and customer service standards along with the ability/willingness to use their technical and expertise to work in true partnership with Hillingdon Schools. Throughout the life of the Framework Agreement, 'Further or Mini Competitions' relating to their local requirements. Other ICT related spend may be procured throughout the term of this framework agreement. The Schools reserve the right not to use this Framework Agreement and there are no guarantees as to the volume of the projects available
