Tender description

Buying Solutions as the Contracting Authority is putting in place a Pan Government Collaborative Framework Agreement for use by UK public sector bodies identified at VI.3 (and their statutory successors and organisations created as a result of reorganisation or organisational changes), which include Central Government Departments (including the Department of Health) and their Agencies, Non Departmental Public Bodies; NHS bodies (including NHS Trusts) and Local Authorities. The above Public Sector Bodies have a need for Laundry and Linen Services. The requirement is broken into four distinct Lots as follows: Lot 1 - Wash and Return Lot 2 - Linen Hire Lot 3 - Hire of CE Marked, Re-Useable Barrier Theatre Textiles Lot 4 - Mop Hire This OJEU Notice relates to Part B Services and therefore this Notice has been published on a voluntary basis. For the avoidance of doubt, Buying Solutions does not accept that those provisions within the Public Contract Regulations 2006 (as amended) which only apply to Part A Services have any application in respect of this procurement.
