The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea Housing Management Team are now looking to appoint highly experienced and qualified Mechanical & Electrical (MEP) Consultancy Services to provide consultancy support to the Lancaster West Neighbourhood Team and its residents in undertaking a comprehensive review of all mechanical & electrical installations/systems across the blocks and houses that make up the Lancaster West Estate, and to provide option studies and recommendations for maintaining/upgrading existing systems as part of proposed refurbishment works. The scope of the services required are to be delivered under 3 separate contracts: • LOT 1 – LWE Mechanical. Electrical & Plumbing (MEP) • LOT 2 – LWE Video Door Entry, CCTV & IRS • LOT 3 – LWE Lifts. Bidders can apply for one or more Lots.
