The Western Education and Library Board, (acting as an Awarding Authority) on behalf of the six colleges of further and higher education, invite tenders for The Learner Access and Engagement Programme. The Learner Access and Engagement programme has been designed to provide opportunities for non-statutory organisations to provide learner support for adults through a contractual arrangement with a Further Education College.
