Kent, Surrey and Sussex Academic Health Science Network (KSS AHSN) is seeking a communications and marketing partner with a good cultural fit able to take the network through to the next level. Specifically, this includes: improving the reach of KSS AHSN both to new members and to existing members; enhancing the engagement of all members, particularly converting supporters to advocates; being able to assess and demonstrate the effectiveness of communications and marketing across all activities of KSS AHSN. In this procurement there is an emphasis on improving the use and sophistication of digital solutions including customer relationship management (CRM) and automated marketing, whilst retaining and enhancing the KSS AHSN reputation for quality, content and visually arresting material. To achieve these goals KSS AHSN is looking for a partner with the necessary agility and flexibility to approach the task in an open manner, unafraid to be a critical friend with regard to offering advice on the most effective way of achieving success and value for money.
