Tender description

The Council’s existing contract involves the following service provisions and it is the Council’s aim to re-tender for these services; ● Fixed output Council Tax day to day correspondence processing; ● Council Tax Recovery from liability order to bailiff return; ● Full Administration, Collection and Recovery of NNDR including telephone contact centre; ● The preparation and completion of Non Domestic Rates Returns; ● Scanning and Indexing of Council Tax, Business Rates and Benefit documentation; ● Contact Centre for receiving Council Tax and Benefits telephone calls. The Contract will be for an initial term of 5 (five) years extendable at Hillingdon's sole option for a period of 2 (two) x 2 (two) year, giving a total of 9 (Nine) years (the Term).
