Tender description

Ofcom publishes its annual ICMR in the first week of December each year. The 2016 report is available here: https://www.ofcom.org.uk/research-and-data/cmr/cmr16/international The requirement is for delivery of a survey of data from a variety of sources, across all communications sectors, including quantitative consumer research from a range of countries including European countries, the USA and Australia, as research for and for reference in Ofcom’s International Communications Market Report (ICMR). Output should be supplied in two forms, one in an Excel-based format according to the Ofcom designed template, and the second in an Excel spreadsheet according to the successful tenderers design.
