Tender description
The requirement is for IT Training Services, and will be split into 2 Lots. LOT 1 – Development and Training for IT Professionals LOT 2 – IT Training for users (COTS and training in projects) Within the Environment Agency we have approx. 10,000 staff. Approximately 9,000 use ICT. We have approx. 200 ICT Professional staff in Corporate Information Services (CIS). We have IT professionals in three hubs – Bristol, Warrington and Bridgwater. The Environment Agency require access to public courses, as well as privately run courses. Courses should be available on a public scheduled (individual delegate) basis as well as on a closed course or grouped basis. The Environment Agency uses Microsoft software. You must have Microsoft Gold Partnership Status (especially in Office, Project Online and Azure) or work with a third party who has this status and can provide the benefits.
