Tender description

The Department of Enterprise, Trade and Investment (DETI), acting in its capacity as Managing Authority for the European Sustainable Competitive Programme for Northern Ireland 2007 – 2013, wishes to appoint a Service Provider to assist DETI with its information and publicity activities to promote the role played by the European Union, through the Competitiveness Programme, in supporting Projects in Northern Ireland. The Department of Enterprise, Trade & Investment (DETI) is the Managing Authority for the European Sustainable Competitiveness Programme for Northern Ireland 2007 – 2013 (hereinafter referred to as “the Competitiveness Programme”). As Managing Authority DETI is seeking to develop a strategic and sustained approach to the Communications activity surrounding the Competitiveness Programme.
