Tender description
London South Bank University (LSBU) is seeking a partner to provided a co-sourcing provision for 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to supplement it's own internal IT team. The model of delivery must be compliant to the Intermediaries Legislation. The contractor will need to be able to provide staff onsite at the University's Southwark Campus, remote working will not be in scope of the requirement.
