Tender description

NHS Commercial Solutions seeks to award a framework agreement, in four lots, to a number of commercial suppliers with the capability and experience to offer clients the goods and/or services described above and within the remainder of the invitation to tender documents. Lot 1 - Desktop personal computers and thin client devices (including associated peripherals and accessories); Lot 2 - Notebook/laptop personal computers (including associated peripherals and accessories); Lot 3 - Tablet computers (including associated peripherals and accessories); and Lot 4 - Peripheral devices and accessories (displays, external memory, etc.) In addition, the following related services may be procured under any lot, provided they are procured with the hardware: - imaging; - asset tagging; - warehousing/stockholding; - delivery to desk; and - installation, etc. The framework agreement will be available to all organisations detailed in the Contract Notice (each, a “Procuring Authority”). The organisations listed in Appendix A will have direct access. All other organisations may access the framework only with the prior approval of NHS Commercial Solutions.
