IT Assist - Supply and Delivery of Peripheral PBX Telecoms Equipment

Supplies and Services Division (SSD), on behalf of its client DFP IT Assist, now wishes to establish a new agreement for the supply and delivery of Peripheral PBX Telecoms Equipment to Northern Ireland Civil Service and other Public Sector bodies offices. This agreement will be used to purchase telephone equipment, which meet or exceed the minimum requirements as detailed in the Specification (Appendices 1-2). The agreement will be awarded under the following lots:- LOT 1 - Cards for iSDX Telephone Systems LOT 2 - Cards for SX 2000 telephone System Tenderers may apply for one or more Lots. Equipment under each lot is detailed in Appendices 1 – 2. Using last year’s orders as an indicator, it is estimated that the turnover for iSDX cards for this contract will be approximately 100 per annum and 50 SX2000 cards per annum. This figure is expected to decrease progressively over the life of the agreement as telephony within the NICS moves onto an IP platform. Tenderers should note that neither CPD nor IT Assist can guarantee any level of work through this framework agreement.
