Tender description

Invest Northern Ireland (Invest NI) proposes to establish a Co-investment Funding scheme. It has ringfenced £7.2 million to be used as co-investment funding over a six year period. Co-investment funding will be provided alongside private investors and business angels where there is an identified funding gap. Invest NI seeks to obtain Co-investment Funding Management Services. The Tenderer will be required to provide co-investment funding management services in accordance with the best venture capital industry practice and in compliance with the Financial Services and Markets Act (2000). Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
