Invest NI is seeking to appoint a Service Provider to provide the services of professional Chartered Surveyors who will undertake a range of specific services. These include: • Property valuation; • Sale of land and property on the open market; • Negotiation of land acquisition and land / factory disposal premium; and • Miscellaneous work associated with land and property valuation and marketing and with the ongoing management/maintenance of land/property. • Lease queries including factory leasing and site leasing conversions. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
