Invest NI - Provision of Promotional Collateral and Design Services

Tender description

The Contractor must deliver agreed elements of Invest NI’s annual schedule of communication plans and activity schedules developed by the Communications Group, based on project briefs provided, in order to facilitate the achievement of campaign and annual Operating Plan targets. This will enable the Communications Group to: • successfully target and access key audience segments; • maximise market response, conversion and participation from key audience segments; • deliver promotional and tactical advertising campaigns to support key initiatives developed internally that accurately achieve positioning requirements and meet campaign and project objectives and targets; • maximise existing partnerships and identify new ones that will augment Invest NI’s corporate and promotional presence; and • deliver the following in print and electronic formats, as well as across online and offline channels: o statutory and corporate publications; o an integrated suite of promotional campaigns; o a comprehensive range of promotional collateral; and o a wider range of graphic materials, publications and brochures.
