Invest NI is Northern Ireland’s economic development agency. Primarily working with clients in manufacturing and tradable services with export potential, the organisation aims to increase business productivity by building the capability of existing and new businesses located in Northern Ireland to sell more products and services in export markets. The organisation wishes to invite proposals from a service provider/s for the provision of a media monitoring/press cuttings service. The work required will cover the 3 key areas Service 1 - Monitoring and recording of print media Monitor and record all print coverage generated by proactive Invest NI PR activities, other unplanned references to Invest NI from third parties, and pieces relating to issues of relevant wider economic interest, from an agreed list of publications Service 2 - Monitoring and recording of broadcast media Monitor all broadcast (TV and Radio) coverage generated by proactive Invest NI PR activities, other unplanned references to Invest NI from third parties, and pieces relating to issues of relevant wider economic interest, from an agreed list of broadcast outlets Service 3 - Reporting/analysis of coverage Analyse print and broadcast press coverage on request only (monthly, quarterly or yearly basis as demands dictate) providing a full breakdown of coverage by media outlet, frequency tone etc. Invest NI reserves the right to appoint different service providers for separate elements.
