Tender description

This procurement covers the supply of two main elements, namely: - Software Support services:- This is defined as the routine ongoing support for the Oracle system over the life time of the contract and upgrade to Release 12 in the 1st Year of the contract. The Contractor must upgrade Oracle Financials from v11.5.10 to Release 12 including the upgrade to Oracle BI to ensure compatibility with R12. Software enhancement services:- This is defined as an ad hoc requirement to provide technical support to implement enhancements to the Oracle system.
