Tender description

Invest NI wishes to procure a Service Provider to develop and deliver a Leadership Development Programme for senior managers within the organisation, to include the new Executive Leadership Team (ELT) and the teams reporting directly to them. The rollout of the Leadership Development Programme will be staged, commencing with the ELT and cascading to roles reporting directly in to the Executive Leadership Team. The Leadership Development Programme will be a practical programme focused on measurable, behavioural change. It is envisaged that it will contain a mixture of group work, executive coaching and peer coaching / mentoring. Regular feedback and benchmarking will take place through 3600 assessment.
