Invest NI Framework for the Provision of Resource Efficiency Audits

INVEST NI – FRAMEWORK FOR THE PROVISION OF RESOURCE EFFICIENCY AUDITS – P5100 Invest NI wishes to appoint service providers to deliver resource efficiency audits to Northern Ireland SME’s. This activity, which is State Aid and provided under the EU’s De Minimis Regulations, will be part financed by the European Regional Development Fund under the EU Sustainable Competitiveness Programme 2007- 2013. The activity will be branded as an integral part of Invest NI’s Solutions Framework under “Maximising Efficiencies – Energy & Waste”. After formal evaluation of tenders against the award criteria, Invest NI will appoint the firms ranked 1, 2 and 3. Under no circumstances will late tenders be considered, nor is CPD obliged to accept the lowest or any bid.
