Invest Northern Ireland (Invest NI) wishes to appoint a service provider to undertake an independent evaluation of two programmes within the remit of Business Improvement Services Division (BIS). • Business Solutions • Business Networking The period under review for Business Solutions is 1 September 2007 to 31 March 2010 (including the Supplier Model and 3D Simulation); and 1 April 2007 to 31 March 2010 for Business Networking.
