Propel is a programme for entrepreneurs who have the greatest potential to start up and scale an export focused business that is innovative and has the potential to become a significant exporter and employer. The programme is specifically targeted at those who have the commitment to take an idea forward to commercialisation, via an intensive programme of support, leading to business start up and ongoing Invest NI mainstream support. Through Propel Invest NI aims to support and fast track the development and growth of early stage businesses with export potential. Invest NI wishes to appoint a provider to deliver the Propel programme, for entrepreneurs in Northern Ireland.
