Tender description

Other Divisions from within Invest NI may, on occasions, use the Framework. The aim of an appraisal is to assess the commercial viability of projects for which assistance is sought from Invest NI. The appraisal involves a rigorous review of the financial, marketing and production aspects of a company’s project combined with a judgement of the capability of the management team. It also involves the wider economic costs and benefits associated with the project. Another element of the appraisal will be the recommendation of appropriate pre-conditions and general conditions attaching to any assistance proposed for the project. The Commercial Appraisal Advisor will lead the appraisal team which will include a Marketing Advisor and on occasions also Technical or Production Specialists (The respective sector experts, when required, will be appointed by Invest NI.)
