Tender description
Invest Northern Ireland (Invest NI) requires a service provider to deliver a call centre service for the organisation’s new Business start programme which is to be launched in October 2011. The primary aim of the call centre is to assist people who want to start their own business, to take the next step, by setting up appointments with Business Advisors who form part of the local Delivery Agent Network, tasked with delivering the programme on behalf of Invest NI.
