Invest NI Business Development Academy Account Management Programme

Tender description

Invest NI requires a Contractor to design, develop and deliver an Account Management training and development programme for customer facing staff. For the purposes of selection of the individual staff to be included in the first phase of the Account Management Programme, InvestNI will concentrate on those individual staff who have a clear link to the ‘business development’ aspects of the customer relationship. This will include a range of grades including Officers, Executives and Managers see Annex A for details of the roles of each grade. This first phase includes approximately 36 managers and 92 staff (128 staff in total). It should be noted that subsequent training will be required to include a delivery of the Programme for any new / newly promoted staff. The Contract will also be used to identify and develop further training necessary following the completion of the first phase. The scope of the programme may also be extended to enable Invest NI to further develop this programme over the contract period.
