Invest NI and the Arts Council for Northern Ireland - Development and Delivery of a 1 Year Support Programme for the Northern Ireland Music Industry Invest Northern Ireland and the Arts Council for Northern Ireland wish to appoint a service provider for the provision of a 1 year support programme for the Northern Ireland Music Industry. This will be an interim programme initially envisaged as stage one of a three stage process to develop a long term strategy for the development of the music industry in Northern Ireland. It is anticipated that the successful service provider will commence the provision of the programme in April 2010, with completion envisaged by 31st March 2011.
