Tender description
Invest NI requires a Service Provider to conduct detailed appraisals of four proposed Industry Led Competence Research Centres. The appraisals will require very specialist knowledge of International Competence Centre Programmes, and will involve providing advice on range of issues including legal structure and corporate governance arrangements, IPR management, industrial and academic support for the centre and the potential to achieve economic impact in NI.
