InterTradeIreland - Website Maintenance & Development Service

Tender description

Following the launch of InterTradeIreland’s refreshed website (www.intertraderieland.com) in October 2010 and more recently December 2013 and the graduate website (www.footinthedoor.info) in December 2011, the Body will appoint a competent and experienced web/online provider to support its communications team in the delivery of incremental development work to optimise both the InterTradeIreland sites. The Content Management System (CMS) is Terminal Four - Site Manager. The communications team has full access to the CMS and are competent in its use for day to day maintenance. This includes regularly adding and amending content, creating new pages, uploading images and pictures on the site. However, a need has been identified for a service provider with design and technical expertise to undertake incremental development work to the website as business needs dictate. This may include design changes, creation of new sections, functionality developments and optimisation of the site. Both websites attract significant traffic and are key to the delivery InterTradeIreland’s business objectives. The intertradeireland.com website received 138,000 visits in 2013 and the footinthedoor.info site received 43,000 visits. Responsibilities for the service provider will include the on-going maintenance and development of both sites under the direction of the InterTradeIreland Communications Team.
