Tender description

In order to remain compliant with domestic and foreign legislation the University of Bristol is seeking a service provider to provide an overseas payroll service. The University believes that services associated with foreign assignments should predominately be administered externally by specialists operating globally, with local knowledge, to provide accurate information for postings and be able to report on circumstantial changes. The University of Bristol currently have 55 staff situated overseas with varying arrangements in place. Although there are some areas of concentration at CERN on the Swiss/French boarder and in the USA, most arrangements are standalone covering 30 nations in 6 continents. We are looking to award a contract for an initial 3 years, with the option to extend (subject to business requirements and ongoing performance) for up to 12 months, followed by another 12 months.
