RESULTS OF THE SOFT MARKET TESTING - The Council thanks you for taking part in its soft-market testing exercise relating to an Integrated Management Software solution covering its: (1) Self-Service portal; (2) Housing Management system; (3) Revenues & Benefits system; and (4) Electronic Document Management System (EDMS). On 15 January 2018 the Council’s Cabinet approved the Business Case and Procurement Strategy for these four lots. The original approach to procurement was that all four lots would be tendered simultaneously, with the formal procurement process commencing May-June. However, the decision has now been taken to tender Lot 1 (Self-Service Portal) ahead of the other 3 lots and timelines will be reviewed and confirmed. All opportunities will appear in the Official Journal of the European Union,Contracts Finder website and made available through the capitalEsourcing portal (alerts will go out to all who took part in the soft-market testing).
