Tender description

The Authority is seeking a Service Provider for the supply of an Integrated Facilities Management Service, including Mechanical and Electrical, Building Fabric, Grounds Maintenance, Pest Control, Waste Management and Security, across its whole estate. The tender process is being conducted using the Restricted Procedure.The Qualification and Selection process is the first stage whereby the authority is seeking a supplier for Integrated Facilities Management Services.The second stage of the process is the Invitation to Tender, which will be issued under a Restricted Process, this will be issued to those that pass the Qualification and Selection Process. The tender process will be conducted using PCS-Tender. Lot 1: The Authority is seeking a Service Provider for the supply of Integrated Facilities Management Service, including Mechanical and Electrical, Building Fabric, Grounds Maintenance, Pest Control, Waste Management and Security, across its whole estate. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
