Integrated Design Team for Northern Ireland Graduate Entry Medical School The contract is for the provision of services of an Integrated Design Team for this significant and iconic building for Ulster University. This is a nationally important land mark project for an exemplar teaching and learning facility. The Integrated Design Team will consist of a lead consultant who will provide architectural services, and sub-consultant disciplines to provide mechanical and electrical engineering services, civil and structural engineering services and landscape architect services. The lead consultant must also provide principal designer services as defined by the CDM regulations. This team will be procured to provide these consultancy services based on the 2013 RIBA Plan of Work for the design and construction of the Northern Ireland Graduate Entry Medical School (NIGEMS) in the North West of Northern Ireland.
