Tender description

Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust (The Authority) is undertaking a market testing exercise from Providers able to supply an Instant Patient Feedback Solution. The solution should allow for patients to provide their feedback and comments in real time, independently, and free of charge, from equipment readily available at their bedside during their hospital stay, as well as after they have been discharged. As this project is a market testing exercise, The Authority is not obliged to award and may use information for bench marking purposes only. If The Authority chooses to proceed, a full system demonstration may be required before award of contract.
