Tender description

This contract is for the supply installation, removal and repair of electrical aids and minor electrical adaptations to assist clients to live independently in the community. Examples of the work include installation of Cooker Isolation switches, loud tone door bells, door intercoms / entry systems, telephone call indicators and Fire alarm systems for the sensory impaired etc. The works shall be throughout the geographical area covered by Belfast Health and Social Care Trust. The duration of the contract is for 3 years plus an additional year at the discretion of the Trust. The estimated value, excluding VAT, of the works is £150,000 per annum, therefore the value over 4 years would be of the order of £600,000.
