Invest NI require a service provider to deliver a Red Meat Representational/ Trade Development Service in France and Italy. The key aims of representation service are: • To represent NI red meat interests in France and Italy. • Increase NI beef sales whilst growing lamb share against a background of supply shortages and seasonal patterns in volume and price • Develop a recognised NI red Meat brand presence with consumers in France and Italy
