INI - Provision of Subscriptions to Business Information Resources

Invest NI’s Business Information Centre (BIC) currently has annual subscriptions to ten (10) business information resources which are due to expire between 1st May 2014 and 8th August 2014. In order to ensure BIC is able to provide quality business information services to all sections of the business community, there is now a need to procure subscriptions to the range of Business Information Resources detailed below. 1. Secondary Market Intelligence – UK and Irish Consumer Data 2. Secondary Market Intelligence – UK Consumer and Industrial Data 3. Secondary Market Intelligence – Worldwide Consumer Data 4. Secondary Market Intelligence – Worldwide Industrial Data 5. Secondary Market Intelligence – News & Analysis by Country and Sector 6. Company Online resources – Worldwide Basic Data 7. Company Online resources – Worldwide Product Data 8. Company Online resources – European Financial Data 9. Online resource of Newspaper and Journal Articles 10. Renewables and Energy Information Resource This procurement has been divided into ten (10) separate lots to cover each of the business information resources required and tenderers may bid for as few or as many lots as they wish. The initial contract period will be for 24 months. There will be options to extend for 3 further periods of up to 12 months each. Tender documents can be obtained electronically for registered users of Central Procurement Directorate’s e-sourcing system, e-sourcing NI.
