INI Leadership Team Programme

Tender description

Invest NI is seeking to engage an experienced contractor(s) for the design, delivery and management of the Leadership Team Programme, an accelerated business development programme for senior teams within small and medium Sized Enterprises (SME’s) in Northern Ireland. This tender has been divided into two separate lots and Contractors may bid for one or both lots. Each lot will be evaluated independently of one another, with the result that there will be two separate contracts awarded to the Most Economically Advantageous Tender. Please note; a Contractor may be awarded one or both Lots. LOT 1 - The Design, management and Delivery of Executive Educational Content Service Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver a programme of executive educational content. The executive educational programme element of the Leadership Team Programme will be delivered for up to 9 SME client companies of Invest NI each year, over the four years of the contract period. Each company will be represented on the programme by the Managing Director (MD) and up to two others from the senior team. LOT 2 – The Design, Management and Delivery of a Business Coaching Service Tenders are invited from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to deliver a business coaching service. The requirement will be to provide individual and group business coaching support to all of the senior teams in implementing the learning from the Leadership Team Programme. The specification of requirements for both lots should be read in conjunction with each other, to enable tendering parties to gain a complete understanding of the overall programme objectives. It will be possible for Contractors to tender for both Lots by submitting two separate tenders.
